Local, single station
from $5,000
A staffed hat bar for a local Southern California event — one operator, a curated cap wall, and a patch or graphic menu, with setup and teardown included.
Pricing
Every hat bar is quoted to the event, because a two-hour launch party and a three-day festival gate are completely different builds. Below is exactly what moves the number, plus real anchors so you can budget before we talk.

Budget anchors
Local, single station
from $5,000

Add crew & hours
$250 / hr
Additional staffing is billed per operator-hour and covers setup, live pressing, breaks, and teardown. More stations means more throughput for bigger crowds.
Travel
$900 flat
A flat travel fee applies outside Orange County, LA, and San Diego (for example, Las Vegas or out-of-state). Local OC / LA / SD events have no travel fee.
Hats themselves (the blank caps) and patch materials are quoted by quantity and style on top of the station.
The inputs
How long the bar is open, plus setup and teardown. Longer runs and multi-day events add crew hours.
Expected hats decides how many stations and operators keep the line short. 150 guests over two hours is very different from 1,500 over a weekend.
Trucker vs. leather-patch premium caps, embroidered vs. chenille vs. pressed graphics — each carries a different per-hat cost.
Digitizing your logo for embroidery, or building pressed transfers, is a one-time prep cost handled before the event.
Distance, load-in rules, and convention-center labor can affect the plan. We flag these early so there are no surprises.
Custom signage, a themed wall, or co-branded packaging for the finished hats can be layered on.
Book the hat bar
Send the date, city, guest count, and the caps you have in mind. We'll build a line-item quote instead of guessing from a generic price sheet.
